It’s that time again! The infamous Newport to Bermuda Race will be returning to historic Newport, Rhode Island for the 53rd year in a row. This biennial offshore sailing race has been held since 1906 and each year brings spectators and sailing enthusiasts from all over the world to Newport for the festivities. It is renowned as one of the most prestigious ocean races and this year will be starting June 21st when the sailors will depart from the beautiful Castle Hill Hotel in Newport and ending approximately June 29th when the first boat surpasses the finish line in Bermuda.
