I placed an order and have not received a tracking number.
Tracking number will be sent within 48 hours of the order placement time. If you have not received a tracking number please contact orders@bigweathergear.com.
Where is my item shipping from?
We utilize our store in Rhode Island and the Helly Hansen warehouse in Washington state for shipping. Items ship from both locations depending on inventory.
Are you a Helly Hansen store?
We are a licensed and privately owned Helly Hansen store. We are not a corporate Helly Hansen store- therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges from other Helly Hansen stores or Helly Hansen online.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to select international countries. International shipping may take up to four weeks. Duties are paid for by the customers upon package delivery. International return shipping is paid for by the customer.
What items are covered under warranty?
We follow the Helly Hansen Warranty program. If you think your product qualifies for a warranty, we will replace the item in our store. Please note we do not process in store warranty claims on Saturdays and Sundays. For warranty information please follow this link. Warranty Info
If I purchased something on BigWeatherGear, can I return it to the Newport store?
Yes. All items, except final sale items, may be returned or exchanged in our store in Newport. Please note the exact item you are exchanging for may not be in our store- but we can always check if the item can be ordered and shipped.
